About The Role

The Spa & Wellness Specialist delivers targeted, holistic body care therapies, slimming solutions and wellness treatments. This role focuses on assessing client needs, delivering visible results and offering customized body care routines.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform non-invasive body treatments, slimming care and wellness routines according to safety standards.
• Conduct detailed client assessments (body composition, skin condition, health history) to recommend tailored treatment packages.
• Track client progress across multi-session programs and provide supporting lifestyle and dietary tips.
• Maintain strict standards of equipment calibration, sanitization and room preparation.
• Consultatively recommend relevant home-care products and package top-ups.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Spa Management, Beauty Therapy, Physiotherapy or related wellness field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a spa, wellness center or body care environment.
• Solid understanding of basic human anatomy, skin physiology and wellness principles.
• Strong consultative selling and client communication skills.
