About The Role

The Wax Therapist is the core face of our customer care team, delivering professional, hygienic and comforting body and facial waxing services. You will create a welcoming experience, prioritize customer comfort and recommend tailored home-care maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality hair removal services following strict hygiene and standard operating procedures.
• Conduct pre-treatment consultations to assess skin conditions and check for contraindications.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and well-stocked treatment room at all times.
• Educate customer on proper post-waxing care and recommend suitable retail maintenance products.
• Build strong rapport with returning customers to support repeat visits and loyalty.

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, CIFT, CIDESCO or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in professional body waxing is a strong plus; however, candidates with no prior experience are fine as we provide full training.
• Friendly, polite and empathetic demeanor with high hygiene standards.
• Strong communication skills and comfortable with consultative product sales.
